Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of Truvyx and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You must not use Truvyx to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload, transmit, or evaluate content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Truvyx systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party services.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Truvyx platform.
  • Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction beyond what is permitted by our API.
  • Use the platform to develop a competing product or service without our prior written consent.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or disrupt systems.
  • Use evaluation results or audit records to deceive regulators, customers, or the public about the safety or compliance of an AI system.

Responsible AI evaluation

Truvyx is designed to help teams build safer AI systems. You remain solely responsible for the AI systems you evaluate and any decisions made on the basis of evaluation results. Do not use Truvyx evaluations as a substitute for appropriate domain expertise, regulatory compliance, or human oversight.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
